Join one of the demonstrations taking place throughout the day and watch as an experienced parrot owner shares her tried and tested methods for success. Compare different sprouting, soaking and cooking mixes and learn which ones are best for your bird.
Several of our volunteers have harness trained their parrots and are on hand to answer any questions you may have. Watch as they demonstration how to choose the right sized harness for your bird and how to fit it safely.

Join our toy making workshop, taking place throughout the day. Suitable for all ages and abilities!
Learn how to make new parrot toys, and how to make use of old toys to create new and different toys. You are welcome to take home the toy(s) you make, or leave them for the rescue parrots if you would prefer.
* There is a £5 charge for the toy making workshop, all proceeds to Feathers Together Parrot Rescue. The fee includes provision of the toy making materials and helps to pay for veterinary care and essentials for the rescue parrots.
